The seeds of randomality for the next historical event

Believing that history is a deterministic process, guided by an external force, put me in the odd situation of being seen as somebody between a religious fanatic (I am not) and an eccentric bordering in insanity (both are untrue.) My view, while naturally could not be proven, could strongly be demonstrated.
The most striking for me is the clear (in my mind) fact that any major conclusion of an historical event contains the seeds of the next major historical event. One of the most spoken about cases in my lifetime was the behavior of the victors in WWI towards Germany. Instead of helping the suffering nation to get stable and move into true democracy, the victors destabilized it into the Nazi Monster and then, instead of kill the dragon while small, allowed it to grow and threaten the whole world.
Now, in my view, the seeds of the next event are there because the external force, want them to be there so he may play them each way, so the inhabitants of this world would believe that history is non-deterministic and random, or guided by their own self choice. But they lack the ability to see these seeds n time and act on them correctly. It is only after the facts that they see it.
But I believe that it is even deeper then that, especially when we are dealing with the Jewish people. When Go-d allowed the Jews to come back to Eretz Israel and form an autonomy there, a process that took well over hundred years to happen, he mixed the situation with an Arab Muslim existence that would (should we say deterministically) conflict with the emerging Jewish autonomy. This could have played two ways, so that the humans would believe that it was random or their poor choices that caused the conflict. But in reality there was only one way that this could have played - as a measure in the hand of Go-d to either reward or punish the Jewish people. Had they formed the state on morale, Go-d obeying basis, then the Arabs would come to terms with Israel and the conflict would subside. But since the Jews went the other way around, the Arabs just got more and more agitated. And I do not even want to think about the possible results.
